Hi there Coachman owners. Today on your 2019, Coachmen Freelander, we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install SuperSprings, SumoSprings for the rear axle. Before we install our suspension enhancements, we're going to hit our test course, and we're going to see how our vehicle rides. Once we get them installed, look at the test scores again, and compare our results. We're going to start by hitting our uneven bumps section here on our test course. And this is going to simulate hitting a pothole, and it's going to get us rocking back and forth.Any kind of uneven terrain or rough surfaces you drive over, can make your vehicle start to sway, and that can make it difficult to maintain control. more

Here at etrailer.com we get a lot of questions about motorhomes, specifically about suspension upgrades, because let's face it, whether you're new to driving a motorhome or you've been doing it for a while, you'll realize real quickly that they're very top heavy, and altogether it is a very large vehicle and once you start driving, you notice all the little things that are going on. You feel that swaying feeling going on. It feels a little bit loose in the steering wheel. Well that can be unnerving for a lot of people because how big it is, we don't really feel like we're in quite as much control as we want.Not to mention if we have a dip in the road, the steering wants to pull us to the side, we end up fighting that steering wheel. more

Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com, and today you're going to be taking a look at the front SumoSprings on our 2016 Coachmen Mirada motor home. Now, here at etrailer, we get a lot of questions about motor homes, and the biggest one we get is about suspension upgrades. Because a lot of people once they buy their motor home, they go out for a trip. But what they don't realize is how top heavy they are, and how much space there is to catch wind. Once we're driving down the highway and we do have a big gust of wind, it really starts to push us around.So then we end up fighting the steering wheel, white knuckle driving the whole trip, not to mention the people in the back are getting nervous because they're getting thrown around inside. So, the suspension upgrades are going to make it a lot more comfortable and a lot more feeling of in control when you're driving your motor home.Another benefit of our helper springs is it is going to take some of the stress off of our factory suspension, because it's going to be supporting more of the weight of our motor home, so our suspension doesn't have to do it alone, which is also going to extend the life of our factory suspension because it's not under so much stress.Our SumoSpring is meant to replace the factory jaunt stop. more

SumoSprings Maxim Rear Helper Springs Installation - 2017 Coachmen Pursuit Motorhome- Video
Speaker 1: Today, in our 2017 Coach Man Pursuit, we're gonna be taking a look at and also showing you how to install the sumo springs maxim custom helper springs for the rear axle. Part number is SSR dash 184 dash 40 dash 1. Now, the spring itself is constructed of a micro cellular urethane. This is a very resistant material to all of the things that the spring is really gonna be subject to heading down the road, whether it's road salts, oils, gases, or even UV rays if they happen to come up. Won't cause any damage or any issues with the performance of our spring.Now, this has been designed as you can see to work in pretty tight areas. We have the tires off now, but those are gonna be right here. more
